It’s well known that hearing loss is pervasive and that your odds of having hearing loss increase exponentially as you get older.What’s less well known is how few people actually do anything about it. Though, when you think about it, you don’t see nearly as many people wearing hearing aids as you do glasses — so that’s a pretty big clue.Why don’t we do anything about it – that’s the question, especially when the negative effects of hearing loss on quality of life are also well known — and the benefits of treating hearing loss are so many?If you’ve got hearing loss, you don’t need to let it constrain your life.
